Green flags and when to say 'YES' to your suitor

We all have our standards when it comes to dating, and when it's time to take things to the next level it is our job to choose the right partner who will help add color to our life.
Choosing a partner means having someone you can trust and rely on when situations are rocky. So make sure to choose a partner who likes you just as much when you're stressed and falling apart as they do when you're all dressed up and succeeding in life.
According to Relationship Institute, here are some traits and behaviors that you need to add to your checklist before saying 'yes' to a suitor:
• They have a good family relationship but is living independently
• Is financially capable and can handle money issues without losing control
• They are comfortable talking about their past, present, and future
• They respect your physical and emotional boundaries
• They crave your attention but give you space when asked for
• They are trustworthy and value peace of mind
• They give you the freedom to do as you please when you please
• They are psychologically over their previous relationship and can talk about it in a healthy manner
• They express true emotions and open up their vulnerability in emotional situations.
• They remember the small (and big) details you share
• They are supportive, responsible, reliable, and can resolve problems constructively.
• They are willing to change
• Has a sense of humor
• Makes plans for the both of you
• They have one or more friends that they sustained through the years
• Is able to show you off with great pride
This list is only a guide to help you choose the right partner, if ever you're suitor lack some of the traits don't be overly concerned. Instead, try helping or guiding them on how they can improve themselves. On the other hand, if your partner shows less than half of the qualities on the list then you may need to re-evaluate if the relationship is worth pursuing or not.
