Avoid the signs of aging

Because of too much stress and improper eating habits, many people tend to show signs of aging early on. So here are some basic beauty tips to keep yourself looking fresh and youthful.
1. Wash your face at least twice a day (but no more than thrice) with a cleanser that suits your skin. Also, never wash your face with water that's hot or too cold, as both can cause damaged capillaries.
2. Exfoliation helps replenish the required oils of the body and removes dry, dead skin cells and dirt from the face. Try to exfoliate at least once or twice a week.
3. Chapped lips. You should apply a lip balm or oil or gel on your lips. Well moisturized lips are a sign of good health.
4. Keep your skin glowing. Eat vitamin-rich food items such as oats, avocado, other fruits and vegetables. Concentrate on vitamins A and E in proper amounts. Stay away from oily, greasy food as it can lead to the onset of pimples. Keep skin clean and moisturized. Dermatologists recommend moisturizing dry skin twice a day and overnight. For oily skin use toner or natural fruit acids.
7. A little sun is healthy and mood-elevating, not only for the skin but for the whole well being. However, protect your face by wearing a sunscreen.
8. Green tea is anti-inflammatory and in the lab has been shown to heal skin.
9. Drink water to clean out toxins. It is recommended that you drink at least seven to eight glasses a day to keep your skin hydrated.
10. Exercise to shed stress hormones and improve circulation. Exercising makes you sweat a lot and in the process your skin cleanses itself. It also helps you excrete waste and take in fresh oxygen.
11. Get your beauty sleep. Skin regenerates and hormones get back to normal balance during sleep. A well-disciplined routine routine, at least seven to eight hours of every night, is important to good health.
12. Avoid cigars and stay away from second hand smoke and other obvious pollutants.
13. Aim for a stress-free lifestyle. When you are stress-free, you look more youthful and act that way as well. Illness weighs you down and saps your energy.
