NBI files anti-voyeurism case against American expat in Bacolod

BACOLOD — An American national in Bacolod has been charged by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) here for violation of the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act for uploading sex videos on the internet.
Renoir Baldovino, chief of NBI-Bacolod, said Monday they filed the complaint before the City Prosecutor's Office against Lee David Colglazier, 62, on Saturday a day after his arrest.
The suspect is detained at the NBI-Bacolod office.
Colglazier, who arrived in the Philippines with a tourist visa, was arrested at his residence in Barangay Taculing after one of his sexual partners complained to the NBI that he uploaded videos of their sexual encounters.
The woman said the American national paid her for sex.
The NBI-Bacolod obtained a search warrant from Judge Raymond Joseph Javier of the Regional Trial Court Branch 52 to enter Colglazier's Friday morning.
Baldovino said the operatives found a laptop and mobile phone containing sex videos of the American with both female and male partners.
He added that Colglazier would also be charged for anti-trafficking in persons. (PNA)
