PAGASA: Cloudy skies, isolated light rains to prevail over PHL due to northeast monsoon Wednesday

MANILA — Cloudy skies and isolated light rains may continue to prevail over the whole archipelago as the northeast monsoon still affects the country, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over Caraga and Davao.
Cloudy skies with light rains is expected over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Bicol, eastern and central Visayas, northern Mindanao, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from northeast will prevail throughout the archipelago with moderate to rough seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
