PCSO postpones "Loterya ng Bayan"

The board of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office had rescheduled the launching of the "PCSO Loterya ng Bayan."

PCSO Loterya ng Bayan aims to kill the illegal numbers game "jueteng" as well as replace the Small Town Lottery.

The board has not yet decided when the launch date for PLB will be according to Liza Gabuyo, officer in charge of PCSO's games.

Gabuyo also added that PLB will have to be set for a later date as some PCSO officials were "busy with controversies."

The PCSO board has agreed to give 197 corporations and cooperatives, including 21 STL agent-corporations, until July 15 to submit requirements, according to Gabuyo. — ARA
