The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration confirmed the presence of a southwest monsoon affecting Northern Luzon, however, this has already weakend.
There will be cloudy skies with rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over Pangasinan, Benguet, and La Union, which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.
Central Luzon will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Northern Luzon with moderate to rough seas.
Light to moderate winds coming from the Southeast to Southwest will prevail over the rest of Luzon and Visayas and coming from the East to Northeast over Mindanao.
The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate. — ARA
