Lindsay Lohan banned from partying

American pop singer Lindsay Lohan has been banned from partying while she is under house arrest.

"You are not guilty of probational violation. You are guilty of extreme poor judgment," said judge Stephanie Sautner.

According to reports, due to the plea deal Lohan filed, she was put under home detention for alleged theft.

Judge Sautner said that "I am ordering you not to have parties. You may have one friend come over at a time or a family member if you want… Don't hold barbecue parties on your roof. House arrest should be akin to jail," she added.

However, Lohan answered "Yes I am", when asked if she is prepared to move on with a new life.

May 26 Lohan began the 35 days of home detention after she filed a plea bargain for alleged theft, as she was caught robbing $2,500 worth of jewelries.

Lohan is the lead actress in the movie "Freaky Friday" and "Herbie: Fully loaded." — ARA
