Singer actress Angelica Jones showed that everything is possible for a person who works hard to achieve his/her dream.
"Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala na mararating ko ito," said Jones.
She finished a short course for leadership and development management for young legislators at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
"Hindi hadlang ang anumang limitasyon para makapag-aral ang isang tao, kaya nga tayo binigyan ng Diyos ng utak at kamay para gamitin at mapabuti natin ang ating buhay," she added.
Jones, actress turned politician, along with 64 elected and appointed officials were awarded one-week scholarship grant by Senator Francis Pangilinan.
Together with comedian/TV host Ryan Yllana, Angelica took-up a crash course on governance at the University of the Philippines.
