PRC handles "Service on the Go" in Ifugao

The Professional Regulation Commission is set to handle a one-day mobile processing and renewal of licenses project called "Service on the Go" on June 16.

This project will be held at the Capitol Building in Lagawe, Ifugao as part of the week-long celebration of the 45th anniversary of the province named "Gotad Ad Ifugao."

The said project aims to bring services closer to the professionals but may be required to bring the following requirements:

• Duly accomplished renewal form
• Two recent passport sized colored pictures with name tag in white background
• One photocopy of professional id card and in case of lost PIC
• A duly notarized affidavit of loss or photocopy of certificate of registration; and
• Marriage certificate from the National Statistics Office in security papers for married female who wish to apply for a change of name.

Other requirements needed for the renewal are the following:

• For geodetic engineers-GEP membership ID or certification of good standing
• For Electronic engineers-IECEP certification of good standing
• For Architects-UAP membership ID or certification of good standing
• For REE/RME-IIE membership ID or certification of good standing
• For Agricultural Engineers-Fill-up AE data from and PSAE, certificate of good standing; Custom Broker-Certificate of Good standing from CCBI.

The Service on the Go project is going to offer services to include processing of issuance of certificate of good standing, renewal of Professional ID Card (PIC), releasing of available pictures and board certificates, and processing of application for the September 2011 teachers exam.

The PRC in addition, offers other services available for Foresters, PTs/OTs, Agriculturists, Nutritionists, Dieticians, Veterinary Medicine practitioners, Plumbers, Geodetic engineers, and real Estate agents. — ARA
