Low Pressure Area affects Baguio City

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) confirmed the presence of Low Pressure Area (LPA) 450 km in West Baguio City.

Due to the prevailing weather system, Western parts of Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over the Western sections of Luzon and of Visayas .

In some places, winds will be light to moderate coming from the Southeast to South with slight to moderate seas.

Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. — ARA
