Radyo Natin Coron joins Kasadyaan Festival

Yearly, every month of August, the whole municipality of Coron gathers together to celebrate and give thanks for the bountiful blessing God has endowed them. They also highlight their patron Saint, San Agustin during this special occasion.

Cultural dances, parades, street parties, concerts and other fun-filled activities happen during the week-long celebration.

And this year, Radyo Natin Coron opened the day 1 of the momentous festivity.

On August 15, Radyo Natin, together with local businesses, private organizations, departments of the local government and even private and public vehicles joined the motorcade which traversed the whole Coron town.

The parade culminated in a free to the public concert, held at Coron Coliseum, with guest artists Cheska, jock of Radyo Natin Manila; Blank Tape, artist of songs Pechay, Turuan, Chika lang yon, Jejemon and many more; and El Sabor, one of the famous members of Dos Fuertes, the group who popularized the club music Taratat.

Attendees of the concert enjoyed themselves as hosts from the local station Radyo Natin Coron entertained them with various games and surprises, plus giveaways courtesy of Radyo Natin FM and the other sponsors.

The event showcases how the local government and public and private institutions tap Radyo Natin local stations to mount and spearhead their prestigious and official events.
