The Mayor lauded the awardees for developing the first city-owned computerized revenue system resulting in a 37% increase in the city's revenue collection.
In addition, the computerization of the city's revenue system enabled the city government to uncover delinquent taxpayers and business establishments who have been operating without paying their dues to the city.
Mayor Lim also announced the early release of clothing allowances for Manila City Hall employees in the amount of Php 4,000.00 for each employee.
Also awarded were Carlo Peña, Vergel Anthony Santiago, Vergel Vincent Santiago, Jaime F. Paningbatan, Philip De Los Santos, and Joni T. Ching.
